Terms of Use
Effective 26 September 2026
- Morrin is licensed to you under Apple's standard licence for App Store apps. These terms add what's specific to Morrin.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and Apple handles every payment and refund.
- Morrin is an alarm clock and habit tool — not a medical device, and not a substitute for professional advice.
- Alarms depend on your iPhone. For anything you can't afford to miss, set a second alarm.
1. The agreement
Morrin is provided by Rovshan Maharramov ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Morrin you agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA") and to these terms, which supplement it. If the two conflict, the Standard EULA applies.
2. Morrin Pro
Morrin Pro unlocks extra features, listed in the app before you buy. It is available as a weekly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time Lifetime purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically at the same price and length unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions on your iPhone, or from Settings › Manage subscription in Morrin. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays on until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- If a free trial is offered, it becomes a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Prices are shown in the app, in your currency, before you buy. If a subscription price changes, Apple tells you in advance and, where required, asks you to agree.
- All payments are processed by Apple. We can't see your payment details and can't issue refunds ourselves — request one from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Lifetime means for as long as Morrin is offered and supported on the App Store.
3. The Day Pass
In the free version you can watch a rewarded ad to unlock Morrin Pro features for 24 hours, up to three times a week. A Day Pass is granted only when the ad plays to the end, depends on an ad being available, has no cash value and can't be transferred. We may change how often it's offered, or stop offering it, at any time.
4. Advertising
The free version shows ads supplied by Google AdMob. Advertisers are responsible for their ads and for the sites and apps they lead to. You can report an ad from Settings › Report an ad. See the Privacy Policy for how ads use data.
5. Alarms depend on your iPhone
Morrin schedules alarms with iOS's own alarm system and we work hard to make every one ring. But whether an alarm sounds also depends on things outside our control, including your iPhone being switched on and charged, Morrin being allowed to schedule alarms, where audio is being sent (for example to headphones or a Bluetooth speaker), and iOS itself. Don't rely on Morrin as your only alarm for anything where oversleeping could cause harm or serious loss.
6. Missions and your safety
Some missions ask you to walk, shake your iPhone, or go to a particular place. Only do them when it's safe, and never while driving. If you ever need to stop an alarm at once, press and hold Hold to skip the mission.
7. Not medical advice
Morrin doesn't diagnose, treat or monitor any health condition, including sleep disorders. Nothing in the app is medical, psychological or professional advice. If you have concerns about your sleep or wellbeing, talk to a qualified professional.
8. AI-generated content
Your morning brief is written automatically on your iPhone from what you've entered in Morrin and, if you allow it, your calendar. It can be incomplete or wrong. Check anything important before acting on it.
9. Your content
What you write and record in Morrin is yours and stays on your iPhone. Because we never receive it, we can't recover it if it's lost — for example when the app is deleted.
10. Fair use
Don't misuse Morrin — for example by trying to unlock paid features without paying, interfering with how the app or its ads work, or using it in breach of the law.
11. Liability
The warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability in the Standard EULA apply to Morrin. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country that can't be excluded by agreement.
12. Changes
We may update Morrin and these terms. If we make a significant change, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you in the app. If you keep using Morrin after a change, the updated terms apply.
